$3 Million Retirement Cap in Obama’s Budget Would Not Apply to Him

Generally if someone makes a rule and it doesn’t apply to them then its bad for everyone and a $3 million cap on a retirement account is not realistic because most will need a lot more then that to retire comfortably.
